Ranexa (ranolazine) is an anti-anginal medication. It works by improving blood flow to help the heart work more efficiently. Ranolazine is used to treat chronic angina (chest pain). Ranolazine is not for use during an acute (emergency) attack of angina.

Betapace is used to treat a serious (possibly life-threatening) type of fast heartbeat called sustained ventricular tachycardia. It is also used to treat certain fast/irregular heartbeats (atrial fibrillation/flutter) in patients with severe symptoms such as weakness and shortness of breath. Sotalol helps to lessen these symptoms. It slows the heart rate and helps the heart to beat more normally and regularly.

Generic Cartia is used for treating high blood pressure and chronic stable angina (chest pain). It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines.

Generic Cartia XT is used for treating high blood pressure and chronic stable angina (chest pain). It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines.
